Hello, I have some bad news to post. All 160 people from RI are safe and ready to have a fun week. However there is some sad news in camp. There was an acceident today. A fire and electical problems has cause some inquires in subcamp 7. 5 staff were rushed to a local hospital and 4 have sinced passed away. .Please keep all scouters and staff here in your prayers. You will here from me the morning. This is a none offical release, please refer to the offical site.

Thank you for the update. We're reassured to know that the RI group is safe. Thank God.
We are all saddened by the recent tragidy and our thoughts and prayers go out to the families. The best thing for you and the boys to do is to continue on and and enjoy the Jamboree for all it has to offer.
Please let us know if any of our boys were treated for dehydration or heat illnesses. The national news we're getting is that 100's were.
A fascinating discussion is definitely worth comment.
I believe that you need to publish more about
this issue, it may not be a taboo subject but typically people do not discuss these issues.
